WiE: Location-based service using SQL Server Spatial, Compact and Data Services

So what the heck is a WiE? WiE stands for "Where Is Ed?"

WiE demonstrates how to build location-based services using SQL Server 2008. WiE implements a friend finder application that enables WiE Community Members to be notified when their friends are "nearby".
